The Touhill Performing Arts Center presents Shelley Monier, flute, and Diane Umali, piano, on Saturday, February 6, at 8 PM. " Dr. Shelly Monier is on faculty at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville where she teaches Applied Flute, Introduction to Music History and conducts the Flute Choir. She is also an Adjunct Professor at St. Louis Community College at Florissant Valley and teaches and performs in the St. Louis area. Dr. Monier is the president of the Flute Society of Saint Louis and performs with the St. Louis Wind Symphony."
